Forge® Ortho-K
How it works
Orthokeratology (also known as ortho-K) is a non-surgical, reversible treatment for refractive error. Ortho-K lenses are only worn while sleeping. Through hydrostatic (fluid) forces, the lenses remould the corneal epithelium and change the anterior curvature of the cornea to enable clear, unaided vision during waking hours.

EyeSpace® Forge® Ortho-K with easy-to-find engravings
EyeSpace® uses advanced algorithms to craft each Forge® Ortho-K lens from a map of the eye, delivering a custom fit that’s as precise as a fingerprint. This eliminates the need for trial fitting and maximises first-fit success in simple and complex cases.

Make it your own
With Forge® Ortho-K, the Back Optic Zone Diameter and Treatment Zone Diameters are independent and fully customisable. Optimise vision correction for young adults and presbyopes, or prioritise myopia management in children.

Match the lens to the shape of the cornea with spherical, toric or quadrant-specific peripheries. The better the match, the better the seal, which creates greater hydrostatic forces and improved correction - especially for astigmatism.
